Shipping Information

  • Please note that at this time we only ship via USPS Priority Mail to US addresses and Global Priority anywhere else.
  • If you are interested in an over night or expedited shipment please make note of it at the time of your order.  Over night delivery usually adds $20 to $30 to your standard shipment fee.  We will contact you with the actual shipping cost.
  • If you are only ordering patterns and would like them to ship first class instead of Priority please note it at the time of your order and we will credit you when we ship the order and have an accurate cost for the shipping.
  • Unless we contact you, your order will ship on the next business day.  All orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday if it is not a legal holiday.

International customers please note:

Generally speaking, we can ship fabric by this chart.  All notion, book and pattern orders will have to be individually quoted.  At checkout the prices on this chart will be applied, but we will contact you with the actual shipping cost for approval before processing the order.

Ordering Information

  • If you are ordering a large quantity of one particular item please e-mail us for availability.
  • All fabric is 44/45 inches wide unless otherwise noted.
  • Minimum cut for fabric is 1/4 yard.
  • There is NO minimum order amount!! Order as much or as little as you like!
  • FREE fat quarter of our choice for all orders over $50.00!
  • If you do not want to order over the internet please call (231) 690-6001 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.  Or you can fax your order to (231) 889-4575.
  • All orders are placed over an SSL encrypted site.  Order with confidence that your personal information will be protected.
  • We will NEVER sell or give your e-mail or any other contact information to ANYONE!

Refunds

  • All refunds and exchanges must be made with prior approval.
  • All goods must be returned in resalable condition. 
  • There is a 40% restocking fee to return fabric.  Only unwashed fabric will be accepted for return.
  • If you receive a damaged package, please immediately report it to the postal service and then contact us within 24 hours of receipt if any items are damaged.
